Delete your Lowkey Solver account
This page explains how to request deletion of your Lowkey Solver account and the data associated with it. Lowkey Solver is operated by an independent developer; for any questions, contact ahmedhaddajiahmed@gmail.com.
How to request deletion
Send an email to ahmedhaddajiahmed@gmail.com from the email address linked to your Lowkey Solver account (if you granted email permission at sign-in), with:
- subject line:
Delete my Lowkey Solver account; - your Huawei ID email, or your display name if you have no email on file, in the body of the message.
We verify that the request is from the account holder by matching the sender address (or other account details you provide) against your account. We will confirm receipt within 7 days and complete the deletion within 30 days.
What is deleted
The following is permanently deleted:
- your account record (Huawei account ID, email if granted, profile picture URL, locale, grade level, tone preference);
- your solution history (stored problems and AI-generated steps);
- uploaded images stored on Backblaze B2;
- daily usage counters;
- your authentication session.
What is kept and for how long
Some records may be retained for a limited time after account deletion where required by law, for fraud prevention, or for accounting:
- Subscription / payment records — kept for up to 7 years for tax and accounting compliance. These records are anonymized so they cannot be linked back to you.
- Security and abuse logs — kept for up to 30 days, then deleted.
- Aggregated, non-identifiable statistics (e.g. total daily solves) may be retained indefinitely.
Cancelling a subscription
Deleting your account does not cancel a Huawei subscription. To cancel, open AppGallery on your device, tap your profile picture, choose Account Center → Purchases → Subscriptions (or open Settings → your Huawei ID → Payment & purchases), find Lowkey Solver, and tap Cancel subscription.
